Game One of the 2013 NY-Penn League Championship Series begins tonight at Bruno Stadium in Troy between the State College Spikes (St. Louis affiliate) and the Tri-City Valley Cats (Houston affiliate.) Game one will be at Tri-City, Games 2 & 3 will be at State College.
