The Connecticut Tigers lost their second straight game to the Lowell Spinners Wednesday night in Lowell by the score of 5-1. The Tigers' offense has been anemic to start the season, scoring only 1 run in 18 innings to start the year on the wrong foot again. The Tigers head to Burlington, Vermont on Thursday to begin a three game series with the Oakland A's affiliate the Vermont Lake Monsters.
